CounterShift operates this service from New Jersey, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Independent service
CounterShift is an independent fantasy football decision-support service. It is not endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or affiliated with Yahoo, Sleeper, the National Football League, or their affiliates. Provider names, league names, trademarks, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
Eligibility and access
You must be at least 18 years old to use CounterShift. Before public launch, a single invited participant may receive pre-release access. At launch, enrollment may be capped while CounterShift monitors functionality, provider availability, security, and operations. Access may be limited, suspended, or ended when necessary to protect the service or comply with provider rules.
Informational recommendations
CounterShift provides informational analytics and recommendations. Outputs may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect and do not guarantee fantasy outcomes. You remain responsible for reviewing information and making your own decisions.
Read-only provider boundary
CounterShift does not place lineup changes, waiver claims, adds or drops, trades, bids, nominations, or draft selections. The provider platform remains the system of record, and you must make any transaction there.
Provider terms and availability
Your use of a connected platform remains subject to that provider’s terms and policies. Provider approval, licensing, APIs, scopes, rate limits, fields, and availability may change or be withdrawn. CounterShift does not guarantee support for any provider, league, or feature.
Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, access another person’s account or league without authorization, probe or disrupt the service, misuse provider data, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use CounterShift in violation of law or provider rules.
Accounts and authorization
You are responsible for your account information, credential security, and ensuring you are authorized to connect each league. Notify CounterShift at support@countershift.io if you suspect unauthorized access.
Payments
This approval site does not offer a public purchase or subscription. Any future commercial terms, pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund terms, and required provider permissions will be presented before a charge occurs.
Service availability
CounterShift is provided on an as-available basis. Features, data sources, integrations, capacity, and availability may change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider changes, or operational reasons.
